Refund and Returns Policy

 

1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

 

In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

 

To exercise your right of cancellation:

•You must inform Red One Nutrition within 14 days of receiving your order.

•You must return the product within 14 days after notifying us.

•We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

 

 

2. Return Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

•Be unused and unopened

•Be in its original packaging

•Have the safety seal intact (for health and hygiene reasons)

•Be in the same condition as received

•Include the order number or proof of purchase

 

Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.

 

 

3. Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

•We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

•If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–14 business days.

•Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

 

 

4. Shipping Costs

•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the return is due to change of mind.

•Red One Nutrition will cover the return shipping costs only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

•Opened or used products

•Products with a broken or removed safety seal

•Perishable or short-expiry products (if applicable)

•Any item clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page

 

 

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an item that is:

•Defective

•Damaged

•Not as described

 

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement, in accordance with UK and EU consumer law.
